Nice to be a part of this group!

I am sorry but I am starting this with a query...but it's urgent. I have to make a slideshow in flash mx2004. I want to make it dynamic by including photos from a folder in the hard drive. Now, can flash read into a directory and create a file list of jpg? Is anyone aware of jsfl(Flash MX2004 7.2 update)?

Importing External Text File

Okay, I've seen explanations of how to get Swish to load and display an external text file, but I'm not sure its making any sense to me. The one example that I have seems too cumbersome to be of any use. That and it seems to be lacking any kind of formatting.

In other words, it looks terrible. Is there a way to...

...format text pulled externally?
...hyperlink all or part of the text?
...include a small graphic?

Okay, I'm reaching with that last one. <shrug> Couldn't hurt to ask, eh?
